Monaco France

There is not too much space, but what space there is is certainly alive and well worth the visit. An atmosphere that is unique in the world, particularly when something is happening in town such as the Grand Prix, but equally pleasant all year round and out of season. Don't miss the casino.

Monaco is a tiny principality on the Mediterranean coast of France. A sovereign and independent state, is covers just a few square miles, yet is renowned for its culture, history, exclusive hotels and not least its famous (or infamous) residents, who number amongst the wealthiest denizens in the world.

Monaco is divided into five areas: Monaco-Ville (the old fortified town), Condamine (the second oldest area), Fontvielle (newly reclaimed from the sea), Moneghetti (Exotic Gardens) and Monte Carlo (where you will find the Casino, luxury hotels, leisure facilities). The main language is French, but English and Italian are widely spoken. Come here to discover the coast, to explore inland, or just to lie on the beach.
