This luxury villa is situated two kilometres outside the village of Montepulciano, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The 45'000 square metre estate is reached via a small country road lined with cypress trees that winds up from the village of Montepulciano to the hilltop where the old stone villa sits looking out over the villages of Pienza and Montefollonico. The vastness of the estate and the undulating nature of the countryside mean that you are in a private and secluded environment, a place to relax and rejuvenate away from prying eyes. There are several outside sitting areas where you can dine al fresco, either close to the villa or at the swimming pool while enjoying grapes from the vines nearby.

The villa has been traditionally decorated to a very high standard, with the focus on total comfort and luxury. The living area, which has three areas separated by large archways, has a massive open fireplace in the centre and has been decorated in creams and beiges and with brick tiled floors. The large cream overstuffed sofas, diaphanous curtains, wooden tables and soft lighting provide an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. The three bedrooms in the main building and the three more in the adjacent building are all en suite with each bathroom having a hydromassage bathtub and a sauna cabin for your comfort.
