A countryside retreat outside Marbella

This luxury villa is located on the outskirts of Cancelada, a small village that boasts one of the most prestigious golf courses in the Marbella area, Los Flamingos. Marbella town and Puerto Banus are less than fifteen kilometres away and the famous sandy beaches of Tarifa are an hour and a half’s drive away. The villa is set in 5’000 square metres of beautifully landscaped gardens and has a swimming pool, tennis court and two outdoor Jacuzzis. This area of Marbella is constantly growing (there may be some building works around), but the large grounds afford the guests here a good deal of privacy and quiet.

The architectural style of the villa is typically Spanish with a red tiled roof, wooden beamed ceilings and open living areas connected by large archways with pale marble floors that give a feeling of light and tranquillity. The decor throughout this luxury villa is more eclectic and predominantly white, broken with bold splashes of colour such as the large red sofa in the TV area and the deep blue mosaic tiles in one of the bathrooms. The villa has been designed for the warm climate with the emphasis on outdoor living as most of the rooms have direct access to one of the two covered terraces or directly onto the manicured lawns. There are a number of areas of the garden designed for outside dining or simply relaxing on a sun lounger in the shade of the palm trees. If you visit in the summer months you may also enjoy the fruits straight from the orange and lemon trees on the property.
