This property is a penthouse is located in one of the quieter streets in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, a few steps away from both Les Champs Elysees and the Faubourg Saint Honoré. You are here, in one of the best locations in Paris, close to shopping, restaurants, and the business districts. A lift conducts you to the 5th floor from which you ascend one flight of stairs to the apartment. You are a few metres away from the Canadian embassy and close to the St Philippe du Roule metro station.

When you enter this apartment you will fall in love with the space, the light, and the furnishings, at least, that is, if you like a contemporary touch and lots of light. The owners have a penchant for simple and coherent design. The main colouring of the living room is white with a few funky paintings of various pop artists blended with the style. The master bedroom is unique and very warm; the second bedroom can either be set up as a child's room or for two adults; both have their own Philippe Starck bathrooms. There is a dining area for more formal dining, an outdoor eating area on the veranda and a breakfast area by the kitchen. In the living area you have a drop down screen which fills an entire wall for watching films at night. On the veranda at breakfast in the morning you will be able to look out over the neighbourhood and possibly greet a few birds that join you for your croissants.
